How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You'll receive a secure reset link by email.

Why isn't a source showing results?

Some sources require configuration or are gated by your plan. Check the source settings on your search or feed, and confirm the source is enabled. If results still don't appear, contact us with the search or feed ID.

How are threat levels decided?

Sentry scores every item and maps it to a five-level severity ladder (informational → critical). News, academic, and satirical content is downgraded when there's no credible intent. See the documentation for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes โ€” results and dossiers can be exported, and you can request access to or deletion of your personal data under our Privacy Policy.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?
