Rebuild and Refresh on a profile now tell you what is happening Fix
On the profile page, success and error messages were silently dropped, so Rebuild looked as though it did nothing. A notice now stays at the top of the page while a rebuild or refresh runs, then shows the result, and the More menu closes when you choose an action.
Corporate registry data for company profiles Feature
Company profiles can be linked to official records from GLEIF, Corporations Canada and SEC EDGAR: legal name, status, identifiers, parent companies, officers and filings. A Registry button on a company profile opens a panel with the record, the ownership structure, officers, filings and a place to attach SEDAR+ documents you download yourself. Nothing is linked silently. A name match is a suggestion until someone confirms it, and parents that have no profile of their own are drawn as registry-only until you create one. Officers are screened only when their company is linked to your profile. Report templates can include registry fields, which read Not on file when there is no confirmed link. Each source is off until an administrator enables it for your organisation, and enabled sources are listed in the Trust Centre. Corporations Canada officers and filings need an API key to be entered first, and until then only the open-data copy is used.
A date window that has already ended is only fetched once Performance
When two searches or feeds asked a provider for the same finished period, such as last March, each paid for the call. Responses for a window that ended more than two days ago are now shared for a day. Live requests are unaffected.
The profile PDF and the search dashboard no longer contradict each other Fix
The profile PDF now prints the sentence that explains the risk level and the current data quality figure, and shows titles such as Email & Phone Number correctly. On the search dashboard the sentiment figures use the same results as the counts beside them. Results with no readable text are shown as not measured instead of neutral. The priority queue shows the worst threat band present instead of a number inflated by many low threats, and a column that never measured relevance is now labelled Analysed. The entity panel no longer shows Unknown beside a banner naming the person. Dashboards for a search now leave out results held in Review and print how many were left out.
A longer name no longer counts as your subject in adverse media Fix
A criminal-record hit for Francisco Edgar Tirado kept a profile for Francisco Edgar at medium risk. The adverse media screen on profiles now applies the same rule as searches. A hit that names only a longer version of the name is dropped, while a headline such as Francisco Edgar Convicted of Fraud is kept. A repair script re-checks profiles screened before this change.
Persons are screened against politically exposed person lists Feature
A person profile is now checked against the PEP list every time it is scored, and the nightly list refresh includes PEP data. A candidate is ranked on name, country and birth year. A strong candidate opens a medium flag that names the record and why it matched. A weaker one is shown as a possible match without a flag. Dismissing a candidate needs a reason and it is not raised again, though a different candidate would be. If the list is missing or out of date, the profile says the person was not checked, rather than showing a clean result. The check is a candidate for an analyst to confirm and does not change the weighted score. Organisations are not screened this way.
The At risk tile on the profiles list matches its filter Fix
The tile counted high and critical profiles only, while clicking it listed medium, high and critical. Both now count medium and above.
A pull that stores nothing now says why Fix
A historical pull that saw 141 results and stored none showed no reason. The job now separates results that were already in the feed, results rejected as off topic and results that were never searched, and only counts a source as searched when it actually ran. A feed whose selected sources could not be reached finishes as nothing searched instead of nothing new.
History pulled for a search now appears in that search's results Fix
Pull Historical Data stored its findings in a linked feed, so the search itself could read 0 results beside a feed full of data. Pulled items are now copied into the search's own result list, including a pull of thousands of items in one go. The copy skips pages the search already holds, keeps false positives marked, puts items that do not clearly identify the subject in Review, and leaves the feed untouched. Copied items are not analysed until you run the analysis. Analysing them no longer raises alerts for old news.
Merging narratives only moves the items you can see Fix
Narratives are shared across accounts, and merging one used to move every item in the absorbed narrative, including another account's items, and remove it. A merge now moves only the items you can see. If other accounts still have items in the narrative it stays in place for them, and the result says the merge was partial. Narratives now also respect feeds shared with you individually.
Dashboards no longer fall back to other accounts' profiles Fix
A dashboard panel listing entity profiles or source coverage showed every account's profile names when the viewer had no profiles of their own. An empty list now stays empty. Evidence attached to an event or a dossier is also checked row by row, so a teammate can no longer attach or read an alert from a private feed or search.
Team members now see what their team shares on the dashboards, feeds, searches and alerts Fix
A team member's dashboard could be nearly blank even though the owner had shared everything, because several pages looked only at the viewer's own records. The Intelligence Command Center, the global dashboard, the per-search and per-feed dashboards, all-feeds lists, feed alerts, item pages, geographic results, the AI summaries, the threat review queue and profiles now include what the team shares, and nothing marked private. Someone who may only view can read an alert or a threat and cannot change it, and the page says Read only. Feeds shared one by one are included. People with no team see exactly what they saw before.
Facebook posts are collected with their real date Fix
Web search returns Facebook posts with no date, which made an old post look like today's issue. Facebook is now collected through OpenWebNinja and SociaVault. When a web search finds a single Facebook post, the post is handed to SociaVault to be read with Facebook's own date instead of being dropped. A post that cannot be read is not stored from the search snippet. The number of hand-overs per run is limited, and an administrator can set it to zero.
The What's new panel no longer cuts pages off Fix
Once there were unread changelog entries, every page after the first one you opened stopped loading partway through the navigation bar. The panel now loads correctly on every page.
A product roadmap page, and footer links that work from every page Feature
Signed-in users now have a Roadmap link in the footer. It lists what is rolling out now, what is next and what is later, with no dates, and it states intent rather than commitment. Footer links used to break on administrator pages and now open the right page from anywhere.
